Unfortunately, we cannot offer returns or refunds for our branded promotional products unless these goods are faulty, have factory defects, or have been manufactured with the wrong specification.
We always advise customers to order a pre-sample of a promotional item of your choice and view the proof you receive from us, carefully. This allows you to see, feel, and touch the product before ordering a larger quantity.
Should you find that your products are faulty or have been supplied with the wrong color or specifications, please let us know in writing within 5 working days of delivery of the order.
We will not be held liable for any loss of or damage to the goods in transit unless such issues are noted at the time of delivery with the courier.
We do not accept returns or refunds under the following circumstances:
- If you are unsatisfied with the material of the goods and did or did not order a sample in advance.
- If you do not like the print result, although it corresponds to the sample/print preview.
- If you do not like the size, the color, or the positioning of the print, but it is as ordered.
- If you do not like the product you have ordered due to personal reasons.
If you would like to submit a return, please email us with a written complaint and your order number. This is the only way we can process your request and accept a possible return. Please include the following information:
- Company Name or Customer Name
- Order Number
- Product Info (type & quantity)
- Reason for Returning the Product
- Photos of the Damaged Goods
Additionally, once your request is processed, you will receive a confirmation via email. Please note that depending on your payment method, it may take up to 7 to 14 business days to see your refund amount in your account.
If you would like to cancel your order, we suggest you do so as quickly as possible. We are only able to cancel your order and offer a refund if production hasn’t started yet (for branded items) or if your order hasn’t already been sent out (for non-branded items).
